Your role and main tasks:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our international team for home and living categories including home textiles, furniture, and technic. The successful candidate will support 3-4 buyers operating in different European countries and shape the back office for the buyers. Your primary responsibility will be timely organization and coordination of individual sales campaigns on limango in close cooperation with the buyer, interface between the buyers and other departments like Category Management, Logistics, and Accounting. Additionally, you will cooperate with national and international suppliers and partners to gather all relevant information to support the organizational aspect of buying and sales.

Daily tasks of the position:
  • Data entry into our Backend System
  • Setting up campaigns in the system based on value and quantities, prepared by the buyer
  • Confirmation of campaign dates and offer submission deadlines to the supplier
  • Downloading offers from the supplier and except the selection on b2b pages
  • Preparing attachments to the campaign and communication with the campaign management
  • Substitution of the Buyer during vacations and responding to the emails of the suppliers
  • Provide talking minutes after meetings, preparing summaries for the team
  • Provision of routine analyzes and statements for the team

You will need:

Professional Requirements:
  • Interest in interior design and home & living products
  • Previous experience with an office job, e-commerce experience is a plus
  • Student status and availability for at least 20 hours per week
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level, work in an international environment)
  • Assertiveness and orderly manner of working
  • Taking own initiatives and ability to complete tasks in a given time
