Position Overview
Goal of the Position:
We are actively seeking two enthusiastic Buying Assistants to become integral members of our Buying department. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our seasoned buyers within either the Outdoor and Sport category or the Shoes category, contributing to our continued success in the field.
Daily tasks of the position:
We are actively seeking two enthusiastic Buying Assistants to become integral members of our Buying department. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our seasoned buyers within either the Outdoor and Sport category or the Shoes category, contributing to our continued success in the field.
- Be part of an international team setup in purchasing for the Outdoor and Sport/Shoes categories
- Support 3-4 buyers, operating in Poland and Germany, with your work and shape with a second assistant the back office for the buyers
- Timely organization and coordination of individual sales campaigns on limango in close cooperation with the buyer
- Interface between the Buyers and other departments like Category Management, Logistics and Accounting
- Cooperation with national and international suppliers and partners, gathering all relevant information to support the organizational aspect of buying and sales
Daily tasks of the position:
- Data entry into our Backend System
- Setting up campaigns in the system based on value and quantities, prepared by the buyer
- Confirmation of campaign dates and offer submission deadlines to the supplier
- Downloading offers from the supplier and except the selection on b2b pages
- Preparing attachments to the campaign and communication with the campaign management
- Substitution of the Buyer during vacations and responding to the emails of the suppliers
- Provide talking minutes after meetings, preparing summaries for the team
- Provision of routine analyzes and statements for the team
You will need
Professional requirements for the candidate:
- Interest in Outdoor and Sport/Shoes
- Preferably previous experience with an office job, e-commerce experience is a plus
- Available 40 hours per week
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel)
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level, work in an international environment)
- Assertiveness and orderly manner of working
- Taking own initiatives and ability to complete tasks in a given time
- Open communication and team player qualities desired
- Good organization of work and ability to prioritize and control various tasks simultaneously
- Perseverance in pursuit of goals such as independence, commitment, and sense of responsibility for the tasks performed
