Your role and main tasks

You are responsible for our new members in the Polish market and accompany them on their way from registration to their first and second purchase. You will define the customer communication for new customers and you will send our Polish customers on inspiring journeys.
You can expect an exciting mix of tasks combining creativity and data:
  • You are responsible for automated customer journeys focusing on new customers
  • You analyze our customer base and define segments and suitable KPIs for your journeys
  • You create customer communications across all touchpoints (newsletter, app, shop) and implement them throughout entire customer lifecycle via our customer engagement platform emarsys
  • Together with our graphics team, you bring your vision to life and design automated journeys for your target groups
  • You always have an eye on the success of your campaigns, prefer to derive further measures and potential from figures and constantly develop your strategy by using A/B tests
  • Based on a given budget, you will plan and implement incentives, analyze and report your measures and customer journeys and ensure that you achieve your defined goals

You will need

  • You have a degree in marketing, business administration, communications or similar and have already gained 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce / Online Marketing / CRM
  • You are passionate about customer communication and eCommerce and enjoy storytelling
  • You have already gained experience with customer engagement platforms (e.g. emarsys, Salesforce)
  • You are analytical and able to grasp new and complex ideas very quickly
  • You love deriving new measures from data and analyze the customer base in order to detect new potentials and ideas
  • You have very good MS Office skills, are familiar with reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and a very good command of English
