Your role and main tasks
- You are responsible for the further development of our processes together with our development teams. This includes the entire journey - from the backend APIs, through the business logic, to the frontend
- You prioritize the product roadmap, define the backlog and set the sprint goals with the development team
- You take over the requirements engineering, the creation of the user stories as well as the maintenance of the product backlog and always keep the needs of our customers and our departments in mind
- With your communication skills you are able to build the bridge between business owners and representatives and technically oriented team members
You will need
- You have a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Computer Science
- You have at least 2-3 years of hands-on professional experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment (ideally with SCRUM)
- You demonstrate extensive SDLC knowledge
- You speak English very well, are assertive and solution-oriented
- You move confidently in a complex environment and manage competing stakeholder interests confidently and with empathy
- You are familiar with Jira and Confluence Suites
- PSPO certificate (I, II, III) is also desirable
