Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Manager International in the Toys & Baby Accessories category. We welcome applicants who may not have direct experience in this category but have a genuine interest in working with toys and baby accessories. We also encourage mothers coming off maternity leave to apply. The position offers flexible work arrangements with the option to work full-time or 80% of the working time (approximately 30 hours per week). 

As a Shop Manager International, you will support the development of the Toys and Baby Accessories category in terms of both sales and display on the website, promotions of seasonal subcategories, and the most relevant brands. 

 Your role and main tasks: 
  • Taking care of the day-to-day implementation of the commitment in the Toys and Baby Accessories category;  
  • planning, reporting and analyzing the achievement of sales commitments;  
  • the allocation of accountable commitment for each campaign;  
  • the exchange with Category Managers and CRM about the stock offer, pricing, content, and communication of campaigns;  
  • monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns on our markets in Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland;  
  • stock management;  
  • managing the promotion calendar;  
  • working closely with other departments on activities that affect sales. 

You will need

  • Very good knowledge of English (the main language in the team) 
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry, ideally product management in the Toys and Baby Accessories category 
  • Ability to create sales reports and draw conclusions, and prepare recommendations based on them 
  • Strong motivation to achieve targets 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Good knowledge of the German/Dutch market will be an advantage
