Your role and main tasks

You will be part of the controlling team with a focus on customer service controlling. Besides AdHoc-Analysis and different projects you will oversee the following tasks:  
  • Consult the leaders of customer service and the CFO about the performance of customer service in regular calls and with a state-of-the-art reporting. 
  • Budget and forecast the capacity, costs and needed FTEs to handle incoming calls, e-mails, etc. 
  • Administrate the data- and ETL-infrastructure behind the reports and tools 
  • Continuously improve and automatize the reporting and forecasting processes 
  • Communicate with the external vendor about capacities, costs, etc. 
  • Function as a “bridge” between high-level-management, business analytics and leaders in customer service.

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate: 
  • Degree (B.A.) in Finance, Business Informatics or similar.
  • Self-driven and enthusiasm for a role that requires tech- and business-skills
  • Highly interested in transforming data into a story that is easily understandable for different internal customers (high-level-management, customer service leaders, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, knowledge in one of the following is a big plus: SQL, PowerBI, Jedox, Tableau, Databricks, etc.
  • Passionate about working for a fast-paced E-Commerce business in which priorities and tasks can change quickly.
  • Very good English (B2) skills (written and spoken), German Skills are a plus 
    traveling to Munich once per quarter is no problem for you.
