Your Job

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for all activities within the People & Organization Department.
  • Development and implementation of HR strategies to support corporate objectives.
  • Leadership and development of the international team.
  • Advising management and leadership teams.
  • Collaboration with the GmbH works council.
  • Leading and supporting projects to optimize HR work.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and deriving actionable recommendations.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in a leadership position in HR, ideally in a medium-sized or start-up environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and collaboration with works councils.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Intercultural competence.
  • Hands-on mentality.
