Helpdesk Specialist (m/w/d)

Goal of the position: Daily support of Limango employees, on-site in Munich (min. 3 days/week from the office) and remotely in Wroclaw office.
Daily tasks:
- Ensuring the day-to-day operation of the company's IT systems.
- Technical support for employees in international environment, including response to ad hoc request.
- Installing and configuring operating systems and managing access rights.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Maintenance of computers, and peripherals, preparation of workstations.
- Handling the procurement process.
- Cooperation with external services, supervision of delivery and acceptance of equipment.
Candidate Profile
Professional requirements for the candidate:
- You must have good written and verbal English skills + communicative German
- You must have good knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 and MS Office tools.
- You must have basic networking knowledge.
- Linux / MacOS knowledge is a plus.
- Active Directory experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira / Confluence is a plus.
