YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS
- Checking invoice contents and their alignment with orders.
Issuing debit/credit notes. - Verifying payment terms against contract conditions.
- Forwarding invoices for payment.
- Monitoring payment deadlines and reminding about overdue invoices.
- Participating in internal and external audits related to liabilities.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- You demonstrate interest in development within finance, audit or accounting areas.
- You have keen eye for details and numbers.
- You have good command of English; Polish or German would be advantageous
- Preferably you are studying Accounting or Finance.
