Your role and main tasks

  • Support the month- and year-end-closing,
  • Prepare reports of the P&L, Cash-Flow and Working Capital,
  • Work closely with our shareholder and provide all required information,
  • Deeply understand all OPEX and reasons for plan-actual-deviations,
  • Conduct monthly calls with department heads about the cost-situation in their cost-centers,
  • Make invoice checks of the main cost-positions to ensure correct billing from the vendors,
  • Continuously improve and further develop reporting systems,
  • Support the annual business planning,
  • AdHoc-Projects and Data-Analysis,
  • Function as “bridge” between management, accounting, controlling and shareholder.

You will need

  • A degree (B.A.) in Finance and Accounting and, ideally, initial work experience in controlling. 
  • Solid understanding about P&L-statements, balance sheets and cash flows,
  • Besides advanced Excel skills you are familiar with BI-Tools (e.g.: Tableau, PowerBI, Jedox, etc.). 
  • Knowledge in prompting AI and in SQL, VBA, SAP is a big plus. 
  • Self-driven and eager to continuously learn new skills and improve business processes,
  • Very good English (B2) skills (written and spoken), German Skills are a plus,
  • Traveling to Munich one time per half year is no problem for you,
  • You are passionate about working for a fast-paced E-Commerce business in which priorities and tasks can change quickly,
