Junior Customer Service Specialist with Dutch

Your role and main tasks
- Resolving customer service problems and ensuring the highest efficiency and quality of processes.
- Active participation in internal company projects.
- Optimisation and improvement of internal customer service processes.
- Development of instructions and processes.
- Handling and processing customer complaints.
- Processing customer payments.
- Handling and reporting of technical errors in relation to customer service.
- Information exchange with external transport service providers.
You will need
- Very good knowledge of Dutch, both spoken and written (min. B2).
- Knowledge of English is welcome.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
