YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS
Goal of the Position: Providing professional and solution-oriented customer support via email to ensure high customer satisfaction and achievement of business goals.
Daily tasks of the position:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
- Handling and resolving customer cases from start to finish
- Investigating and processing complaints (reklamacje), including coordination with internal teams and partners
- Preparing and analyzing complaint cases and ensuring appropriate solutions in line with company policies
- Supporting customers with order-, return- and product-related inquiries
- Ensuring high-quality communication and maintaining a customer-first approach
- Documenting cases accurately in the system
Projects of the position:
- Participation in process improvements within customer service
- Supporting implementation of new tools and procedures (e.g. ticketing systems, automation)
- Contributing to optimization of complaint handling processes and customer communication
WHAT WE EXPECT
Professional requirements for the candidate:
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written – grammatically correct (minimum B2 level)
- Experience in customer service is an asset (preferably in the e-commerce sector)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Personal requirement for the candidate:
- Strong motivation and passion for working with customers
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused approach, with high commitment=
- Ability to handle customer inquiries carefully and individually, often with a creative approach
- Positive attitude towards people and challenges
- Ability to work independently and resolve cases end-to-end
- Strong team player with good communication skills
Openness to working fixed hours including weekends
