Junior Customer Service Specialist with German (fully remote possible)

Your role and main tasks
The goal of the Position: Professional handling and processing of inquiries from our German and Polish customers via email and telephone, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

- answering mainly telephone inquiries from our German customers, occasionally also from Polish customers,
- direct cooperation with our payment and claims team to find the best solutions for customers, support for back-office tasks (return settlement), ensuring that both qualitative and quantitative standards of tasks performed are maintained.

- Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min. B2 level) are a must
- Experience in customer service is an asset (preferably in the e-commerce sector)

- Customer inquiries are always dealt with extremely carefully and on an individual basis

- Openness to work fixed hours within the time window of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and also to work on weekends
