Your role and main tasks
Your goal will be the professional handling of inquiries from our German customers via email, phone, and live chat.
- Professionally handling inquiries from German-speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat.
- Providing information regarding order status, payments, as well as cancellation and return processes.
- Analyzing and resolving customer tickets in accordance with existing procedures.
- Cooperating with internal teams (e.g., payments, complaints, logistics) to find the best possible solution for the customer.
- Identifying recurring issues and reporting them to the relevant departments.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service and building positive relationships with customers.
You will need
- Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written – grammatical accuracy (min. level B2/C1).
- Willingness and passion for working with customers and handling phone calls.
- Positive attitude towards the world and people, customer-oriented mindset.
- Independence in resolving inquiries from start to finish.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Openness to working fixed hours in time slots 8–16, 10–18, 11–19, as well as working 2 weekends per month.
