Goal of the Position: 
  • Providing tech support for employees in Munich office and remote workers from Germany
Projects of the position: 
  • Full time and role advancement to mid/senior profiles 
  • Pivoting to system administration or information security teams

Your Profile

Professional requirements for the candidate: 

  • 6-12 months of experience in a similar role
  • Poficiency as Windows user. Proficiency as MacOS user as well would be a significant bonus
  • Understanding of computer pheripherals and its maintenance (printers toner changes, cable changes and correct connection, etc.)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills in Windows and preferably in MacOS (eg. no internet connection, printer not found, laptop doesn't start, etc.)  

Personal requirement for the candidate: 

  • Openness to work from Tuesday to Thursday in the first 6 months, after that there can be a possibility to go full time
  • German and English proficiency (at least B2 level)
  • High responsibily
  • Seking solutions-type
