YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

As a parental leave cover, you will take full ownership of our Performance Marketing Partnerships & Cooperations area. This role goes far beyond traditional channel management: you will shape the partnerships and collaborations that drive limango’s growth  from established content and affiliate channels to entirely new formats we haven’t explored yet. You will manage significant budgets, deliver measurable results, and proactively identify opportunities that you can turn into scalable initiatives.

Whether it’s podcast advertising, creator partnerships, magazine coupon inserts, or completely new ideas, if it reaches our target audience, you’ll have the freedom to test, learn, and scale fast. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

 
Daily tasks of the position

  • Partnerships & Cooperations management: Plan, manage, and develop all
  • Partnerships & Cooperations channels within Performance Marketing, including full responsibility for results (leads, buyers, budget).
  • Content Marketing: manage content distribution channels such as Taboola and Outbrain.
  • Click‑based Marketing: oversee click‑based acquisition channels (e.g., Firefox, UIM).
  • Deal platforms:Coordinate activities on deal platforms such as mydealz.
  • Affiliate Marketing :build and optimize affiliate partnerships and performance‑driven collaborations.
     

Projects of the position

  • Expand partnerships: Take ownership of and further develop existing online and offline partnerships, including flyer bartering and performance display advertising.
  • New lead generation channels: Identify, test, and scale new lead‑generation formats with significant freedom to experiment and innovate.
  • Deals Management: As Deals Manager, curate and continuously improve our deal offerings, ensuring relevance, performance, and strong partner relationships.

  • Native-level German and excellent English skills:  English is our daily business language.
  • Performance marketing experience is a strong plus.
  • Project management excellence with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Organizational and communication strength: you collaborate confidently with diverse internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset and a solid understanding of our target audience and product landscape.
  • Outstanding communication skills: you work closely with many internal and external partners.
