Your Role and Main Tasks:

  • Manage the entire hiring process for our international vacancies (currently: Poland and Germany), from job posting to offer and contract preparation.
  • Act as a trusted partner for Hiring Managers and the management team in all areas of talent acquisition.
  • Optimize our existing operational recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and service quality for our applicants and hiring managers.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives by strengthening our presence across various recruitment channels, ensuring we attract top talent.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking meetups to increase brand awareness and engage with potential candidates.
  • Take ownership of onboarding strategies, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with the international recruiting team, continuously developing skills and testing new recruiting trends.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A degree or commercial apprenticeship with an HR specialization.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in talent management, employer branding, or recruitment.
  • A hands-on mentality with an engaging and professional approach.
  • Strong communication skills—fluent in Polish with good command of written and spoken English; German is a plus.
  • A creative mindset, eager to explore new ways to attract and retain talent.
