Your Job

The Retail Media team helps retailers increase their brand awareness and sales on limango through targeted advertising campaigns. In addition, we are constantly looking for external partners who can benefit from our clearly defined target audience and achieve optimal advertising reach.

  • You actively contribute to shaping limango’s retail media strategy
  • You acquire new partners, advise them on effective advertising measures, and develop suitable marketing concepts
  • You are responsible for the smooth planning and execution of campaigns for our retail partners
  • You create reports to evaluate campaign performance and derive strategies for optimization
  • You work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as Purchasing (Retail), Brand, and CRM, ensuring the necessary flow of information between all relevant stakeholders
  • You manage existing partners and further expand the collaboration with them
  • You initiate new topics to further develop our processes, set up projects, and manage their implementation
  • You also enjoy networking with experts within the company or across the Otto Group to drive topics forward

Your Profile

  • You already have (initial) professional experience in advertising sales or Marketing
  • Your working style is results-driven and analytical – experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools is a strong plus
  • You have strong communication skills at all negotiation levels and are confident in presentations
  • You have experience working with partners/clients and enjoy acquiring and managing them – whether by phone or in person
  • You have excellent language and communication skills in both German and English
