Your role and main tasks
As a Business Analyst, you act as a strategic sparring partner for Marketing, Tech and Product. You do not only analyze performance, you challenge assumptions, improve measurement standards and actively shape our future marketing steering logic.
- Conducting performance analyses across digital marketing channels and campaigns
- Interpreting KPIs including CPC, CPL, ROAS and CR to identify optimization potentials
- Building, maintaining and expanding dashboards in Power BI
- Extracting and preparing data using SQL to support analyses and reporting
- Supporting the evolution of our measurement approach (e.g., attribution and customer quality tracking)
- Translating datasets into clear, decision-ready presentations
- Communicating insights and recommendations effectively with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
- Proactively identifying trends, gaps or opportunities and initiating follow-up analyses
You will need
- Advanced practical knowledge of SQL and experience with Excel
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Basic understanding of Marketing KPIs including CPC, CPL, ROAS and CR
- Proven expertise in Power BI or similar BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Experience in data visualization and presentation
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience with GA4
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
- Knowledge of marketing platforms and their specifics (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- E-commerce background
- German language
