At Limango IT, you’ll have the chance to apply your ideas and expertise to improve customer service and order management for the German, Polish, and Dutch markets. 
You’ll work with a modern technology stack, including cloud-based solutions, service-oriented architecture, and event-driven communication. Additionally, you’ll join an established international agile team comprising experienced developers, a dedicated Product Owner, and a QA engineer. 

YOUR MAIN TASKS AND WHAT WE EXPECT

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner who will be responsible for defining and prioritizing limango's customer communication and loyalty program. The ideal candidate works collaboratively with the development team, other IT teams, business teams, and the CRM department to create and maintain a roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Customer Retention team, spanning customer communication (newsletters, TXMs, push, notification center) and customer incentives (vouchers, loyalty program, gift-card and benefits communication).
  • Shape the tier-based loyalty program as a foundation of limango's retention-based business model — from discovery and target model definition through migration off the current setup — in close collaboration with other IT teams and the business teams.
  • Own the newsletter automation platform and its continued development.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, and work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality features that meet those needs.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on data (engagement, opt-in/opt-out rates, incentive redemption, retention) and user feedback, ensuring the most valuable features are delivered first.
  • Manage the many cross-team touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, QA, and product management to ensure features are delivered on time and to the required quality.
  • Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and industry trends in CRM, retention, and loyalty to keep the product competitive.
  • Manage expectations and stakeholders effectively.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development team, ideally in CRM, retention, or loyalty.
  • A proven track record of integrating AI workflows into daily operations to make work more effective.
  • Proven experience with a larger rebuild, replatforming, or migration project.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation (Emarsys or comparable) and of transactional messaging architectures (event-triggered mails and push).
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills — this role coordinates with more teams than most at limango.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Passion for customer communication, retention, and emerging technologies.
  • Fluent English; German or Polish is a plus.
  • Awareness of GDPR and consent management in marketing communication.

At Limango Polska Sp. z o.o. the remuneration regulation have been adopted, providing for the possibility of obtaining an additional jubilee award and use (under certain conditions) of certain benefits (a sport card, medical insurance, life insurance). The remuneration is paid in arrears, on the last day of the calendar month.  Any other part of the employee's remuneration is determined by the employment contract.
