Shop Strategy Manager - 100% remote possible (m/w/d)
Your role and main tasks
Goal of the Position: long-term sales planning taking into account market trends. Coordinate key sales actions for the year and undertake activities to support budget and commitment execution in subordinate categories. Development of sales tools, communication of sales planning within the organization.
Daily tasks of the position:

In this role you collaborate closely with supervisors and the Shop Management team to craft annual and quarterly sales plans, outlining assortment, seasonality and key brands.

Your duties involve fine-tuning main brands and sub-categories strategies for growth with cross departmental collaboration with Retail and Marketplace teams and committing demand planning.

You are responsible for tracking and analyzing category performance across all channels and markets. With conclusions based on data and market trends you are driving innovative solutions for category promotions.

You spearhead the development of sales tools and optimizing navigation and category display.

You enhance sales through a deep understanding of different channels and ensuring seamless collaboration among departments within the limango group to bolster sales.
Projects of the position:
Projects to support the development of sales and presentation of offerings on the website. Interdepartmental projects for major sales promotion and tool advancement. Advancing long-term planning.
You will need
Professional requirements for the candidate:
Experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably in the platform industry and a good knowledge of the market in the outdoor & sport category, sales management, fluency in English (oral and written), a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position and good knowledge of MS Office environment. Experienced in managing cross-departmental projects.
Personal requirement for the candidate:
Highly developed communication skills, analytical mind, goal-oriented, willingness to learn and well organized. Takes data into account when making every decision. Takes an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to the topics to deal with. Efficiently forming conclusions based on sales analysis and taking the initiative to act independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with remote teams.
