Your Job

  • You are responsible for an international team set-up in the campaign management department. 
  • You are in charge of the technical and disciplinary leadership.  
  • You are able to motivate a large team set-up, build & improve team structures and shape your categories. 
  • You will attend & lead team meetings to collaborate and share insights with colleagues. 
  • You are able to conduct interviews and review CV's for our recruitment process. 
  • You will independently take on topic-related projects (e.g. team-internal workshops) 
  • You will always be supported by a great team with helpful colleagues and a cordial cooperation. 
  • You will support your head in planning & managing the daily business. 
  •  In addition to your team leadership you will be a part of the operational business in campaign coordination & creation. 

Your Profile

  • You have strong communication skills (also in English). You  communicate clearly and unambiguously.You have very good PC skills and are confident in using Microsoft Windows programs (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Deadlines don’t stress you due to your excellent time management and organizational skills
  • You are a team player and not afraid to speak up or support your colleagues
  • You have an eye for details and enjoy improving processes
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry
  • first experience in personnel management would be a plus
