Your Job

Coordination of the daily work of the Outbound & Warehousing team as a Team Leader (initiating and implementing new procedures, processes, projects and indicators for measuring success, recruitment, onboarding and training for employees, conflict resolution, feedback conversations, monitoring involvement, development plans for employees, measuring effectiveness , resource management, elimination of barriers, vacation planning) 

Your Profile

  • Reporting and cooperation with the Management Board of Limango Polska and Limango GmbH.  
  • Working on SCM projects and implementing new processes in everyday activities.
  • Being part of Organization transports (specially B2C).  
  • Control of transport invoices and orders for packaging materials.
  • Coordination and control of inventory of materials for packing goods.  
  • Ordering materials for packing goods.  
  • Working on daily inquiries from the warehouse customer service, clarifying outbound order matters.  
  • Coordinating Limango's sales campaigns from the beginning of the supply chain (from placing an order for the supplier until the order was delivered by the carrier).  
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Clarifying of delays and complains in the areas of outbound and last mile shipping (carriers).  
  • Working together in processes with the internal (global) department customer service and external with the carriers on logistics issues.  
  • Analysing problem in shipping and discuss these with the carriers.  
  • Organizing additional shipments and transports in B2C  Checking order status and stock with Rhenus (warehouse).  
  • Support on reporting’s and special duties.  
  • Support on forecasting for logistics providers (functions).
